We got both a Six Three Zero and Oh Wow Rickshaw. We still havent been able to get the fender attached properly due to wrong parts on the Six Three Zero. The Oh Wow came with all fenders attached. We prefer the OhWow, it is a little heavier with the second battery but feels more sturdy. Thanks Oh Wow!!
We bought this to use during the summer in Montana with my two toddlers. Everytime we use it people ask what it is and where it’s from! I LOVE the actual seatbelts, battery lasts a long time and the pedal assist is no joke. I’ve regularly carried more than 100lbs of cargo and really appreciate this. Cannot recommend enough!
Just wanted to take a moment to thank Oh Wow Cycles for creating such an incredible bike for the neurodivergent community. We recently purchased the rickshaw bike for my son who is neurodivergent and has balance issues. We raise the money to buy this bike through a GoFundMe supported by our community, friends and family. Ash at Oh Wow was a big part in the process of getting this bike made for Quinn. We wanted him to be able to enjoy the outdoors and spend time in nature, as we know that it is crucial for his well-being. Not only is the bike miracle of design, it is safe and easy to ride. Order our Conductor 4-2 Rickshaw May 31st, received it on June 10th, which is an astonishing time for delivery, especially since we live in Minnesota. Every other e-bike/rickshaw we looked at has over a month or a month and a half until delivery! Bike has great power and comfort! My daughter has level 3 autism with sensory processing disorder, and she absolutely loves the Conductor 4-2. We take it out daily, weather permitting! I did find out the hard way that steep hills can cause the motor to overheat, but that was user error and my inexperience with e-bikes in general.
Trike was easy to put together by myself, but I am pretty handy and able bodied. The trike was packaged very well, so it had no blemishes or damage from shipping.
One point I really want to make is about OHWOW as a company is amazing! Anytime I've had a question or concern, they reached out and answered very promptly! The best customer service I've ever received from any company in my entire life!
If our family didn't value our privacy, we would probably post a video, but we don't want our kids and where we live publicly exposed.
