We are sorry to hear about your lost or stolen bike. In an effort to combat theft, Oh Wow Cycles only sells electrical components to registered owners with proof of purchase. Tell us about your stolen product below, and we'll do our best to help reunite it with the owner.

Where is the serial number?

The serial number is on a sticker on the underside of the frame, near the bottom bracket. Check photos of your bike if you no longer have access to it.
