Shipping damage

We bought a trike last year, THE conductor. It got here really damaged. Ash had the repair guy send parts and pay for a mechanic fix it as well as he could. It is what we call a farm truck in Missouri, beat to heck, but rideable. We don’t have lights that work. They said that they would send another one when they got more in but we haven’t heard anything yet. Hopefully they will send a pretty one at some point..

We apologize that you felt this way , this incident happened about 6 months ago , and as you stated we took care of the damages by replacing parts and hiring a tech to go fix all issues , after services rendered we didn't hear back about anything lingering until this review , we were in communications through the ordeal and never denied anything to make the situation better , please contact us directly if something was not resolved

New and Exciting

Once my trike arrived, it was very easy assemble and move. There is a small learning curve if you have only ridden traditional bikes. No problems on maiden voyage. Ash and the gang are great!

Awesome bike. Awesome customer service.

We ordered a bike a year ago. It is awesome and a head turner/conversation piece every time we take our small kids to the park. Their customer service is second to none; especially as my mechanical skills are mediocre at best. I had an issue with a part and both Ash and Jesse called me over the weekend and spent an hour walking me through swapping out the new part. They then followed up with me regularly as to whether the issue was resolved. Thank you both for the great product and unparalleled customer support.

I’ve had the bike a couple of weeks and really love it. I ended up getting a second battery but so far the life of a single battery is pretty remarkable. I’m getting foot surgery soon and will not be able to peddle at all so I’ll be on throttle support. I got the reverse feature but I would not get that again, it’s easy to turn around manually and riding in reverse is a little sketchy. While assembly is easy the manual is lacking a little, maybe a revision to the instructions would be useful. The dog loves riding in the back and in the right frame of mind you’ll love riding in the front. It takes a few hours of riding to get comfortable. Overall love the product.
