Returns Authorization
To initiate a valid return, you must obtain written approval from Oh Wow Bikes. Approval may be requested by contacting Oh Wow Bikes at support@ohwowbikes.com.
Any products returned without prior written consent from Oh Wow Bikes will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
E-Bike Returns & Restocking Fees
An 20% restocking fee applies to all approved e-bike returns made within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Additional charges, including shipping fees, may be added to the restocking fee if you reside outside the continental United States (48 states) or in island or unincorporated areas where multiple shipping carriers may be required.
To return an e-bike that is not defective or damaged, you must:

Contact Oh Wow Bikes within seven (7) days of receipt

Have less than twenty (20) miles on the odometer

Be free of wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any signs of use

Be returned in the original packaging, in the same condition as received

Include all original items (charger, keys, hardware, etc.)
You must receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from Oh Wow Bikes before returning the e-bike.
All warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return.
Returns are not accepted after fourteen (14) days from the delivery date.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Our backorder process applies to e-bikes that were previously available but are temporarily out of stock.
For all pre-orders and backorders, your credit or debit card will be charged immediately, regardless of the expected shipping date. There are no delays in payment collection.
Cancelling Pre-Orders: Once a pre-order is placed, it can be cancelled within 48 hours. After that, the order is placed with the manufacturer and cannot be cancelled. Once the deposit or pay in full option is made, we submit your order with our bike builders and are unable to cancel it.
Accessories & Replacement Parts
Accessories and replacement parts received under the Limited Warranty may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt.
To be eligible for return, items must be:

Unused

Free of wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any signs of use

Sealed and unopened, in original packaging and condition
You are responsible for shipping costs both ways and a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will apply.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in extreme cases of breakage or malfunction covered under warranty, and only with prior approval:

Gift cards

Gifted orders
All “Built and Delivered” fees are non-refundable.
Discounted Orders
If an order was placed using a discount code, the full value of the discount will be deducted from the refund amount, whether one or multiple e-bikes are returned.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued after the e-bike is received and inspected.
Return Process
All approved returns must be shipped using the return shipping label provided during the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
