Is a deposit required for out-of-stock colours?
Yes - you can reserve your colour with a $200 deposit. Your card is only charged the balance when your trike is ready to ship, typically within 4 to 6 weeks. You will receive an email before the final charge.
How hard is it to learn to ride?
Most riders feel confident within 1 to 2 hours of practice in a yard or parking lot. The rear differential helps significantly with turns. Start slow and build up.
What is the warranty and return policy?
Every Conductor comes with a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. We offer 14-day returns for trikes that arrive in original condition. All shipments are freight-insured against damage.
