Super awesome to haul my kids around! The assembly was super easy, it rides nice, and an overall awesome purchase. The owner of this company Ash, is also super awesome to work with!

I purchased a conductor plus because I needed a bike that had three wheels, a cargo area and a back seat and this bike is much better built than I expected. This is my fourth e-bike that I have purchased including a Mod Easy with sidecar and a BPM Motorsports trike as well as a Bintelli cruiser. I can confidently say that the build quality on this bike is top notch (quality welds on solid metal plates...feels really tough). On all the different bikes I've had there have been a mix of user interfaces on the LCD screens. Some were just basic black and white LCD. Some of them were color. And the color LCD that comes on the conductor plus is a very good. It has a clear and easy to read screen with easy to use controls. I also like that there is a secret compartment underneath the back that is not listed on the website. So all in all I love the bike. It's well built. It rides good. They performs best on sidewalks and streets and hardened grass areas. But I would like to mention Elizabeth Copley by name and the excellent customer service that she gave me during the purchase of this bike. The communication was excellent, and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The customer service for this e-bike company is going to be a lot better than some of the other e-bike companies I've used in the past. Do not hesitate to buy from Modern E-bikes!!!

We’ve had the bike for a couple of months and we love it. It is a bit louder than other e-bikes but it’s a smooth and comfortable ride. We have an autistic child and he loves riding around in it. Couldn’t be a happier. We get compliments on it every ride. I love how it converts into a cargo bike as well. Would absolutely recommend.

So, the Oh Wow people are great! I ended up dealing directly with them as we had some challenges on shipping...not their fault. It all worked out and we've been enjoying our first trike. It is our game day transportation to Texas A&M football games from our home about 1.5 mi off campus. It's great because we can park for free in the bike racks and get much closer to the stadium and move around without the restrictions that affect car traffic, particularly post game when roads are shut down in certain directions and delays are lengthy.



It is fast, great on straightaways! Reasonable breaking, but plan ahead. It doesn't turn like a bike, because you are upright and cannot lean into the turn on three wheels like you could on two; therefore, you need to slow down for those turns. The other issue to be aware of is slightly wider than the handle bars. Be aware because you can accidently catch one of the back wheels on a curb. That's what happened to us, which at 20+ miles/hr can eject a passenger without a seatbelt. My wife has healed and forgiven me, but has a bit of PTSD. I don't know if the seatbelt would have helped because with her ejected out, I was able to regain control. Who knows, we could have flipped with her additional weight (145 lbs) and may have been a worse outcome. Either way, it was definitely user error! I really am just trying to give my real world experience and fair warning. All that being said, it is practical and I believe a safer mode of transportation than the double scooter we were previously using.



It is well built (also heavy, but necessarily, IMO) and despite the user error, has been reliable. Lastly, I think it is a luxury purchase at the current price, but in life I've found you get what you pay for most of the time. Enjoy yours!

I have the Conductor Plus, and my family loves it. I have a 4 year old and a 1 ½ year old who sit in the back and are secured by the seatbelt. My kids and I love riding the bike, and we have been using it daily since we purchased it over 6 months ago. The most important thing for us is that we feel safe and secure while riding it, and we do. The bike is sturdy and well-built with a great frame. The bike comes equipped with a front light and turning signals, and the brakes work appropriately. The battery has a long range, and I am never worried about it running out. It has enough torque to go up hills even while having 1 adult and 2 kids on it. The bike converts from a three-seater to a one-seater plus wagon if needed which is a great option. Customer service is amazing, and Ash always responds if there are any questions. I have no complaints about the bike, and would recommended it to anyone.
