Let me first say the customer service is top notch! I even got a personal phone call when they were having issues with their freight company giving me updates. I contacted them through the chat around 4 times and I had an actual person from the company respond, not an AI bot or a call center. The bike came in great condition and was packaged very well- I am retired from a shipping company, and I can say it was exceptional! My husband and I were able to get it up and running in about 40 min, he even had time to take it for a spin before his lunch was over. I did a lot of research looking for a certain kind of trike and was about to settle with one when I came across a youtube video with this trike, it was exactly what I was looking for and couldn't find before, I ordered it the next day. I got it to ride my grandkids around, go to the grocery store, and take my MIL who lives with me on some rides also. I rode it for a total of 8 miles the first day. I have not ridden a bike in more than 30 years and I am getting better at using the gears. I usually ride it with the lowest assist unless it's a big hill. But I have tried it with just assist and it is a blast! I ride it all around my neighborhood, luckily there are miles of bike paths near me. Also this trike is built like a tank, I expect it to last a very long time. I cant say enough good things about this trike or my experience with the company, OH Wow! I am not a bot, I am a retired grandma and caregiver who is looking forward to years of fun riding around town, getting out of the house, and just being active and loving life!
