Is a deposit required for out-of-stock colours?

Yes - you can reserve your colour with a $200 deposit. Your card is only charged the balance when your trike is ready to ship, typically within 4 to 6 weeks. You will receive an email before the final charge.

How hard is it to learn to ride a trike?

Most riders feel confident within 1 to 2 hours of practice in a yard or parking lot. The rear differential helps significantly with turns. Start slow and build up - it is much more stable than it looks.

What is the warranty and return policy?

Every Conductor comes with a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. We offer 14-day returns for trikes that arrive in original condition. All shipments are freight-insured against damage.

What is the difference between the Conductor Plus and Conductor 4/3?

The Conductor Plus uses a rear chain drive motor and Bengal Ares hydraulic brakes. The 4/3 uses a rear hub motor with KARASAWA brakes and adds front suspension. Both have the convertible cargo-to-passenger design and rear differential.

Can I add the dual battery later?

Yes. The dual battery mount is built into every Conductor Plus. You can purchase and install the second battery at any time.

How much cargo can it carry?

The Conductor Plus supports up to 465 lbs total payload. The fold-flat cargo platform can handle groceries, delivery packages, tools, or gear. In passenger mode the bench comfortably seats two adults with retractable seatbelts.

Does it come fully assembled?

The trike ships approximately 90 percent assembled. You will need to attach the handlebars, pedals, front wheel, and a few small components. Most owners complete setup in 30 to 45 minutes with basic tools. Oh Wow also offers video call support during assembly.

UL 2849 Complete Electrical System

Verifies the entire e-trike electrical system — motor, controller, wiring, charger, and battery — works safely as an integrated unit. Tests for electrical shock, fire hazards, mechanical stability, and functional safety during use and charging.

UL 2271 Battery Safety

The lithium-ion battery has been independently tested for overcharge protection, short-circuit response, thermal runaway prevention, drop and impact resistance, and extreme temperature performance. A UL 2271 certified battery has proven it can handle real-world conditions without becoming a fire hazard.

Not all electric bikes are tested equally. Many e-bikes on the market use uncertified batteries and electrical systems.
