How is the Electron different from the Conductor trikes?
The Electron is a two-wheel cargo e-bike with a long-tail frame. It is lighter, easier to maneuver, and fits in standard bike racks. The Conductor trikes are three-wheeled with a convertible cargo-to-passenger design, a rear differential, and higher stability at low speeds.
How far can I ride on a single charge?
On a single battery you can expect 25 to 30 miles of range depending on terrain, rider weight, and pedal assist level. With the optional dual battery upgrade, range extends to 50 to 60 miles.
How much cargo can it carry?
The Electron supports up to 465 lbs total payload. The long-tail platform with integrated footboards can carry passengers, groceries, delivery packages, or gear.
Can I carry a passenger?
Yes. The extended rear platform has integrated footboards for a passenger. For children, we recommend a child seat attachment for added safety.
Can I add the dual battery later?
Yes. The dual battery mount is built in. You can purchase and install the second battery at any time.
What is the warranty and return policy?
The Electron comes with a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. We offer 14-day returns for bikes that arrive in original condition. All shipments are freight-insured against damage.
Does it come fully assembled?
The bike ships approximately 90 percent assembled. You will need to attach the handlebars, pedals, front wheel, and a few small components. Most owners complete setup in about 30 minutes. Oh Wow also offers video call support during assembly.
Is the Electron waterproof?
The motor and display are IP65 rated, meaning they are protected against water jets from any direction. You can ride confidently in rain. We recommend avoiding full submersion and drying the bike after heavy rain rides.
