It was 2019, and I had just recovered from heart surgery. I knew I needed to exercise, but quickly gave up on treadmills and stationary bikes. They were boring and I felt cooped up, so I tried outdoor cycling. Being outside on a bicycle was just what I needed but, steep terrain really pushed me to my limits while in recovery. One day on a trip to Big Bear Mountain, CA, I discovered e-bikes. Terrain that was once too difficult was now enjoyable and I exclaimed "Oh Wow!" That was the moment that sparked the birth of "Oh Wow Cycles."
